The Flat

The flat is located on the second floor on Castle Street, in the centre of Rothesay, very close to the ferry port and harbour. You will find it well equipped, with a fresh, modern décor and a homely, comfortable atmosphere. There is bed space for 5 people. We can also provide a cot .

The living room has leather sofas, a TV, DVD player, with a selection of DVD’s, and a small stereo system with a selection of CD's. The window looks out to the famous Serpentine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, electric cooker and oven, fridge, washing machine and breakfasting area. There is ample crockery, etc. for 6 people. It also houses the central heating combi-boiler. The window looks out to the Victorian courtyard.

The first bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and a large bay window.

The second bedroom has a double bed, also a single bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a window to the back. There is also a box of toys, to amuse children.

The bathroom has a bath, with shower attachment, wash basin, toilet, also a large velux window.

In the hall there is a large broom cupboard, which holds the cleaning equipment (broom, bucket, Hoover) and the iron, ironing board and clothes airers.
