The
Tynedale Orchestra (formerly Tynedale Symphony Orchestra) was
formed in 1988 to enable orchestral musicians in the
Hexham area to rehearse together and give concerts. Currently it gives
concerts twice a year in the Autumn and Spring terms. Rehearsals are on
Thursday evenings at 7.30 pm in the Winter Gardens at the Queen
Elizabeth High School, Hexham, (directions and map). The orchestra will be holding an open day on Sunday June 14th, details. Please contact the membership secretary
