There is no easy way to lose weight. I can guarantee the quicker you lose the weight the quicker you will put it back on. Losing weight steadily is the safest way to work towards your ideal weight. If you have tried all the diets out there don’t worry I will not be putting you on a diet all I will be suggesting to you is what you should be eating for your height combined with exercise. There is no bad food out there it just the amount you eat which is the problem. When studying my Exercise Nutrition I will always remember my tutor telling me about an experiment in which a person was given a plate full of food , he ate the lot. The following day he was given the same amount of food but was blindfolded the same person ate half. This just proves your eyes are to big for your belly .
