Vertical Scroll Behavior

An interesting effect we can achieve with layers in FP2003 is a scrolling effect - I've used this for things like news tickers, photo galleries etc. While this can be good in the right places don't over use it! I'm presenting this behavior as an example of what can be done quickly and easily in FrontPage.
