Joseph Henry and Thomas Burgess were both Paper Stainers (wallpaper makers) although where they worked is unknown. According to passed down family history they both worked on the decorating of St John the Baptist church at Hoxton when it was built (although the date of the construction of the church has not been check to confirm if this was possible).
