About Judith |
![]() |
Judith was born and brought up in Norwich and now lives with her husband in Swindon .
She completed her first novel when her two children were toddlers but there was little time for writing when she returned to work teaching Geography in a large comprehensive and it was only after leaving her headship that she was able to take it up in earnest.
Now she works part time teaching Tai Chi as well Creative Writing and lecturing.
Her other hobbies include reading and travelling.
"It's no surprise that I read a great deal of crime fiction. Although I read mainly British writers, I am addicted to the zany comedy of Janet Evanovich. Two other writers can't get enough of are Jasper Fford (all aspiring novelists should read the 'The Well of Lost Plots') and Terry Pratchett both of whom I've had the privilege of meeting."

"It was quite a challenge having to teach classes of thirty and forty after years of teaching groups of only twelve but I love teaching on cruise ships. I've had the change to run workshops on several different ships and it's always a fantastic experience."
