24th September 2005 CORNWALL GUNDOG CLUB Judge - D Courtier I enjoyed judging the handling at this well run show. It is lovely to see youngsters taking an interest. 6-11 years 1. Alice Mann. Moved her golden neatly keeping lead tidy. Stood well without being over fussy. Aware of judge at all times, well done. 2. Jessica B (?). Nice gentle handling aware of judge. Made sure she had space to top and tail her red setter, well done. 3 Ashlyn Coyne. Had good control of welsh springer, showed well. 4 Josh Cavill. Josh kept calm whilst handling his golden who wanted to leave the ring, keep it up. 12-16 years Two very experienced handlers, a close decision. 1. Victoria Brookes. Stood golden well, kept lead tidy and out of the way when moving, kept her lines neat, keeping dog to judge at all times, well done. 2. Laura Johnson. Again very well handled. Good position standing needs to be aware of judge when on move, well done. |
