HERTS & ESSEX
MAY 2008
JUDGE - Joseph McDonald
JUNIOR HANDLING
6-11 years.
1. Nathan Mills handling a Flat Coated Retriever – This young boy was well presented wearing a grey suit with a black dog. This lad was always talking to his dog making sure that the dog was happy and had his attention. He had good table work and gave me a clear view and the dog teeth. Good lines on his triangle, he kept the dog moving with flowing corners and a straight up and down.
2. Rhianna Brooks handling a Papillon – This young lady handled very well, good lines and presented the dog well, clear teeth and always talking to the dog. Triangle was good just needs to straighten up the lines.
3. Jasmine Higgins
12 – 16 years
1. and BJH Alison Mackenzie handling a Greyhound – Very good young lady kept talking and encouraging the dog, very clear show of the teeth. Lines on both the triangle and up and dogs were very good, and completed the exercises excellently, dog was very well presented to myself after the movement standing just the correct distance away. A good send on keeping the dog moving well.
2. Nathan Hardy handling a Scottish terrier – this young man gave me a clear view of teeth, not quite so much encouragement give as 1st did, good lines on the triangle good corners kept dog moving, very good send on kept moving good presentation to the judge.
