6th October 2007
Judge: Amy Balch
Junior handling 6-11 years
1. Chloe Brutto handling a border collie - Chloe stood out in this class. A confident and polished performance which was very neat in every aspect. She was always paying attention to me but still keeping one eye on her dog. Nice table work and patterns. Well done
2. Jodie Brutto handling a border collie – Nice handler who managed well with her dog. Good patterns going from my feet and using the whole ring. Showed the teeth clearly and stuck to the golden rule! Jodie just needs to be a little more confident in the ring.
3. Callum Harris handling an Alaskan malamute.
12-16 years
1. Hollie Kavanagh handling a Doberman - Excellent handler who was taking pride in her young dog and showing it off to its best at all times. She was very neat and precise which won her this class with ease. Can see her going far in the dog world. Well done.
2. Samantha Foster handling an Australian shepherd – another good handler, just not as finished as 1. Neat and unobtrusive. Good table presentation and shadowing. Dog always being presented well and correctly. Lost out on straightness of lines.
3. Charlotte John handling an Alaskan Malamute.
