 “Marina Scott (nee White) and Helena Hutchings decided in 2007 that they should do something about the poor situation for junior handlers in terms of training available. In some areas, there was nothing available for juniors, others have very little .
We wanted to spend a day with handlers from beginners to the already accomplished, to improve and/or polish their skills and go into detail which so many ringcraft classes cannot offer.
As past UK and World Junior Handler of the Year winners, we wanted to give something back to the juniors of today and pass on our experience.”
