glass design

In order to get a quote you only need to take a rough measurement of your window. If you live in the Milton Keynes area then I would prefer to visit and take the final measurements myself. I will make panels for clients outside this area but you will need to measure carefully. Collection or shipping of the finished panels must be arranged by the client.

When measuring for glass there are two measurements which need to be taken. The size of the glass you can see (visible glass measurement) and the actual size of the hole (hole measurement).

Both measurements should be taken top and bottom, left and right. This is because the openings are not always perfectly square.

Panels can be made to any shape. If your panel is not a square or rectangle it is best to cut a piece of paper to fit the visible glass
measurement. Remember to mark the top.
