About our Apartment
An extremely large three bedroomed apartment which sleeps six people comfortably. It has three large balconies, all sea facing, with the most wonderful views over the town of Kas and the Greek island of Meis.
The apartment, which is
situated five minutes walk from the centre of Kas and harbour
area, was completed in 2002 with red roof tiles and set in
its own beautiful gardens with a shared pool.
The apartment has its own parking space. The
apartment
is air conditioned and
has three spacious double bedrooms (two with king sized beds and one with two
single beds), a good sized bathroom (with a shower and
a bath), large lounge/dining room and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms have balconies. The
apartment is furnished to a high standard and
has fantastic sea views.
The main balcony leading from the living room is ideal
for Al Fresco dining. Poolside loungers and chairs are also provided.
There is a CD player provided, so guests may bring
their favourite music to play if they so wish.
Regular cleaning and linen changes are included, as is a “Welcome Hamper”. We
have a locally based British management lady, with good knowledge of the area,
on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly and she will answer any
questions that you may have. There is also a comprehensive information pack in
the apartment.
All bed linen and towels for use inside the apartment
are provided.
Kas is situated mid-way between Antalya and Dalaman – both of which have airports. There are numerous flights to both of these destinations from most UK airports but we would recommend Dalaman as the roads from there to Kas are much better & therefore the transfer is quicker!

companies based in Kas and offer good value for money. Please note
that we are not in any way affiliated with either of these
car hire companies and we do not make any money
from car hire or airport transfers.
Please note - a visa is required for entry into Turkey. This is purchased on
arrival at the airport, price £10 for those holding a UK passport and 10 euros
for those holding an Irish passport. Application is not required before leaving
the UK.
