Notes on Price
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts can be negotiated for stays of longer than 2 weeks and for repeat bookings and recommendations. Where bookings cross two price periods, the price will be adjusted pro rata. At the time of booking a non-refundable holding deposit of 20% will be required with the balance being payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date. A £100 returnable damages deposit is also required.
Changeover day
Flexible - depending on other bookings.
To be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure but arrangements can be made to
stay on later depending on the arrival time of other guests.
Notes on accommodation
There is air conditioning, which converts to heating if required. All furniture
and fittings, beds and bedding etc are new and the decoration is to a very high
standard.
For the comfort of other guests we do not allow smoking inside the apartment.
Pets are excluded.
