We encourage youngsters to enter the sport of
aeromodelling and have special Junior subscription rates up to the age
of 18 years. We are able to offer instruction both in building the
models and learning to fly them. As for joining the club, there are two
types of membership, one as a full member having the full use of both
flying sites whilst the other is as a Silent Flight section member who only
has the use of Leigh Park Farm. The club's policy dictates that all
members belong to the British Model Flying Association which is the
governing body for aeromodelling in this country.

If you are interested in joining Tonbridge Radio Flyers,
a membership form can be found above. Our membership year runs from 1st Jan to 31st Dec; reduced fees apply for those joining later in the year.
Prior to joining we suggest that you visit the flying field to meet some existing members and see them fly. The times of flying are as shown on the Home Page; the location of the Silent Flight/Gliding field (Leigh Park Farm) is shown under "Silent Flight". Members are unlikely to be flying if it is wet or if it is windy day. Alternatively you can 'phone our secretary; as shown on the Home Page
