Tahuna Livery Stables are situated 10 miles north of Aberdeen. From Aberdeen, follow the A90 north (Aberdeen to Fraserburgh road) and turn right on to the A975 (Newburgh/Cruden Bay road). After 1 mile turn right at the Mains of Foveran sign and you reach Tahuna Livery at the end of this road. Click here for a map.

BHS Approved Livery Yard The large stables are situated in American style barns and all have automatic drinkers, tie ups and hay racks.
Gelding and mares are kept separate in electric fenced fields which are regularly mucked out. A worming programme is in place.
The facilities include: Private access to Newburgh beach, you can even ride all the way to Aberdeen if you wish! no roads to cross and field hacking available on 100 acres of grassland Two floodlit ménages; one sand and one woodchip Round training pen for loose schooling and lunging Full set of show jumps Competition cross country course on site Parking spaces for trailers
	A cross country course was built in 2002 and this has 23 jumps with 4 options at each, and open competitions and training sessions are held throughout the year. You can also book the coarse for private practice or lessons
Well-draining sand surface on the top menage with wind proof screening and floodlights.
	The type of soil here is sandy so during the winter mud is not a problem. All fences are electric and plain wire at the top. Fields are mucked regularly in the summer and horses are checked daily.
During the summer we hold in-house fun dressage and jumping competitions, all abilities catered for. Points are given every month and at the end of the we hold a prize giving.	Some of the prize winners this year!
