Unit Development

This is a picture of all of the members of T.S. Arrow, with the District Officer, Lt Cdr Piercy (front, centre) in January 2004. There was just 6 cadets and 4 members of staff in the unit, one on loan from High Wycombe unit. It was teetering on the brink of closure.

Now, the number of cadets has swelled considerably and the unit gets a lot more publicity around Chesham. There is still a long way to go; the building's roof is in desperate need of repair and it is hard to recruit cadets, but the situation is still better than it was a few years ago.
