3 courses 5k, 3k, 2k (Blue, Light Green, Yellow). Starts 12:00 to 13:30. Points for best 6 runs in series. NB not all Saturday events are in this series. Some events start in the morning. Check event details.

Frolics

The London Frolics have been held every summer for many years. The handicap system penalises the elite and rewards team effort. Beginners welcome. Details of events from this link and the South East Answerphone.
