Saturday Series
3 courses 5k, 3k, 2k (Blue, Light Green, Yellow).
Starts 12:00 to 13:30. Points for best 6 runs in series. NB not all Saturday
events are in this series. Some events start in the morning. Check event

Frolics
The London Frolics have been held every summer for
many years. The handicap system penalises the elite and rewards team effort.
