Daymare

It is said that the only difference between dreams and reality is continuity. Each day's events are, to a degree, the consequence of yesterday. You order a book from Amazon and a couple of days later it arrives. You invite friends around on Saturday and on Saturday they knock on your door. Every dream is like a short story - rarely influenced by the dreams which went before and if things go wrong all you need to do is wake up.

Sarah Goodchild is having a problem with recurring dreams. Each night she returns to the same place, meets the same people, continues the same imaginary life. But that's only the start of her problems. What happens when continuity starts to disintegrate in your waking life? If real life is turning into a dream, how do you wake up from reality?

Daymare is a novel for young adults and is a work in progress.
