AFFILIATION CARDS TO BE CARRIED AT ALL MATCHES

Players should always have their affiliation cards with them at matches. A committee member may at anytime request to see your affiliation card to make sure of your eligibility to play.

Sunday Fixtures

For those Team Secretaries or players who have access to E-mail facilities, could you please if possible send in your results to info@wcnl.co.uk stating whether it be a Wednesday or a Sunday fixture as well as sending your scoresheets to the Fixtures/ Results Secretary. This will enable us to keep this site up to date and enable you to track how well you are doing in the League. Can I please remind all teams that you MUST NOT park in the grounds of Christopher Whitehead High School. Please use the main roads i.e. Bromwich Road & Malvern Road. Alternatively you can use the free spaces at St. Johns Sports Centre. Our continued use of this facility may well be jeopardised if not complied with.

INJURY TIME (Winter Fixtures only) There has been a little confusion lately about the use of injury time, can I ask you to please take note of the following. Should a player suffer an injury during a game then the game stops until that player has left the court to get attended to. Should the injury be that serious that a player should not be moved and this takes several minutes or longer, then the game will be abandoned and re-scheduled at a later date. The time lost is not to be added, as all games should finish at the same time.

Below is a form to allow you to send in results of your games. Whether you are a player, secretary, coach or umpire it would be greatly appreciated if you could use this form as well as sending results sheets in to the Fixtures/Results Secretary. This will enable us to keep this section of the website right up to date and also to produce league tables much quicker. Although there is a field for your e-mail address you are not obligated to fill it in.

Some matches will have the letters P or V instead of the score.
P = Postponed (to be rearranged)
V = Match Void due to no result sheet being received by the Results/Fixtures Secretary.
Some teams elect to send in both parts of the result sheet to save both teams sending it in. The danger in doing this is that if for some reason the envelope goes missing then the match is then declared void. If both teams send in the results sheet as they should, then if one should be lost then the other will count. Please refrain from sending both together.
