Ben Vorlich

Climbed June 2003

Starting off at Invergulas on the West coast of Loch Lomond, the road heads round Ben Vorlich to the West side up to Loch Sloy

Before reaching the reservoir, the path starts on the right.

It is a steep slope to reach the ridge that leads to the summit but it is worth it once you

reach the top as the view across to Ben Lomond is great on a good day.

Ben Vorlich is a good munro to climb due to the fact it is fairly unspoiled due to there being a lot of different paths leading to the top which has prevented the kind of erosion you see on other munros.
