I have been working exclusively as a freelance illustrator and writer for three years, though my work as a professional artist began before that when I started publishing Jewish cartoons on Aish.com's  comedy website Jewlarious. (These are available to view on the cartoons page.) I also frequently produce artwork for the leading Jewish card company, Cazenove Printers, and I have worked on a large project with Tribe (click here to view), the youth branch of the United Synagogue. My cartoons have been published in the Jewish Chronicle, and several will appear in the Jewish humour calendar for 2012 by author Marnie Winston Macauley, published by Andrews and Mcmeel.

I hope in the future to work as a writer/illustrator of children's picture books. I have written and illustrated a series of picture books which are funny retellings of the classic tales, The Frog Prince, The Princess and the Pea, and Rapunzel, and a story for very young booklovers, Lucy Dresses Up. I have also written a number of scripts for amateur dramatics groups and schools.

In November 2009 I was chosen from 500 entries as a runner up in the Young Cartoonist of the Year Under 30 categtory, run by the Cartoon Museum.

I was born in England, and have always lived here, except for my Gap year, which I spent in Israel. I studied English Literature at the University of London. I currently live in Gateshead with my husband and three children. I am a dance enthusiast and attend ballet, tap and musical theatre dance classes when possible. I love the theatre, and I am a keen bookworm.
