- Never exert undue influence
to obtain personal benefit or reward.
|
- As ambassadors of Wilsden
Junior AFC, you should display high standards of behaviour,
and be a role model for players, parents and spectators.
|
- Develop and build a
working relationship with each player based on mutual trust
and respect. Clarify with each player exactly what is expected
from them, and what they can expect in return.

- Ensure that the activities
you direct are appropriate for the age, maturity, experience
and ability of the players.

- Place the well-being
and safety of each player above all other considerations including
the development of performance Adhere to all guidelines laid
down by the Club's Constitution, this Code of Conduct and the
rules of the Football Association.

- Accept responsibility
for your own behaviour and performance and encourage players
to accept responsibility for their own behaviour and performance.
Never argue with a referee or their assistant.
|
- Always promote the appropriate
code of conduct and positive aspects of football. Never condone
violations of the laws of the game, behaviour contrary to the
spirit of the laws of the game or relevant rules, or the use
of prohibited substances or techniques.

- Co-operate fully with
other specialists in the best interests of the player
