Meetings are open to the public & conduct specific business.  KSPC welcomes you  and has granted the public the right to speak at the beginning of the meeting.  At other times contact Chairman, Councillors or Clerk for information/discussion.

                                * The Annual Parish Meeting is entirely separate from Parish Council Meetings.

By law every Parish must have at least one per year and where there is a Parish Council it falls to that body to arrange one - but it is YOUR meeting and you are urged to attend Annual Parish Meetings.  

** The Annual Parish Council Meeting is where the Parish Council elects its Chairman for the ensuing year and where needed appoints/confirms representatives to committees & other/outside bodies and may review certain other matters on an annual basis. 

Parish Council Meetings normally last for 2 – 2^1/2 hours to conduct business.

The Public not only have the right to attend all meetings but King's Stanley Parish Council has granted them the right to speak at certain times at Parish Council meetings. As stated above, you already had the right to speak at Annual Parish Meetings.
