Your Parish Council resolved to publish Minutes of meetings at its Parish Council Meeting held on 18th August 2004 and Minutes have been published since January 2004 - only a year's worth now retained here. The latest set of Minutes will be published as soon as possible after the Parish Council Meeting at which they are approved. If you wish to read Minutes that have not yet been approved you should contact the Clerk.

NB WHEN VIEWING PLANNING MATTERS: PARISH COUNCILS ONLY COMMENT ON PLANNING APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO OUR LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY - Stroud District Council. Parish Councils are one of a number of consultees but are not the decision-making body. Parish Councils can object, support, or simply comment (objectively) on behalf of the wider community who may be affected by the application, but are not obliged to contact the applicant. When Results are recorded the decision was made by the Local Planning Authority and the information sent to the Parish Council.
PARISH COUNCIL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND THE PARISH COUNCIL WELCOMES YOU TO MEETINGS. IF YOU WISH TO DISCUSS A PARTICULAR ISSUE YOU SHOULD MAKE CONTACT BEFORE THE MEETING AS ELECTED MEMBERS ARE THERE TO DEAL WITH ITEMS ON THE AGENDA. PERMISSION MAY BE GIVEN TO YOU TO SPEAK AT THE MEETING AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHAIR. IN PRACTICE YOU WILL BE GIVEN PERMISSION SO DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK!
