Tariffs
Low Season: January, February, March, November, December (Except Christmas / New Year) £250/week
Mid Season: April, May, June, 2nd Half September, October £300/week
High Season: Easter, May bank holiday, June, 1st Half July, 1st Half September and October Half term, £350/week
Peak Season: 2nd half July, August, Christmas and New Year £400/week

Mid Week and Weekend Bookings: Not available Easter May bank holiday and peak season, Low season £175, Mid season £200, High season £225.

Payment: A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance due one month before arrival. If booking within one month of arrival date the full amount should be include with the booking firm
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation the full amount will be due, unless the property can be re-let in which case any money paid will be refunded, less a £10 administration fee. We suggest you take out your own travel insurance.
Arrival and Departure: The Coach House will be available from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Earlier / later times may be available contact us in the week before your arrival.
Liability: No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury how so ever caused which may be sustained during the holiday to the tenant or member of the party, or any invited person or any car and its contents, or any possession of the tenant or any member of the part.
