Easy to use and simple to install, the KTP
20PDS two way speech system provides a reliable solution to speech through glass security screens.
Unlike
our
lower cost model (KTP20P) it does not use VOX switching to control the speech direction which
can sometimes result in missed words and clicking and popping. The customer facing unit is continually
on so that the customer's conversation can be heard whilst the cashier / receptionist is using a keyboard or writing down information etc. For confidentiality, the cashier / receptionist's voice cannot be heard at the customers facing unit until the press to talk button is pressed or locked on the master unit. All controls are tamper proof apart from the master unit volume adjustment to control the sound level coming from the customers microphone.

20PDS designed for low noise environments. We recommend the KTP 20P for general
use and noisy environments
