RISK ASSESSMENT STATEMENT

1) All vehicles, and trailers when applicable, are maintained to VOSA, PCV Standard, and the requirement of the law. Records may be inspected at the above premises on request. Vehicles are subjected to a regular 4 weekly inspection schedule, by our own in house engineering staff.

2) All drivers hold PCV/PSV licenses authorizing them to drive the size of vehicle provided for the work. Regular checks are made to ensure these licenses remain in force

3) All our drivers are CRB checked, and hold badges for both Hertfordshire County Council, and Bedfordshire County Council

4) The company hold public liability insurance for £5 million, and all vehicles are covered by a trade recognized insurer. Records may be checked at the above premises on request

5) All our vehicles are fitted with seat belts, fire extinguisher, and first aid kits, as required for MOT Test purposes

6) We are covered with a 24 hour breakdown Callout Service, and a 24 hour Duty Manager Emergency Contact Service

7) The route taken to any destination will be the route considered by the driver to deliver the group to the destination, as comfortably, and in good time, based on his/her knowledge of prevailing conditions. A customer may specify a preferred route.

8) For your information a copy of our general Terms and Conditions are printed on the reverse of all invoices.
