Is it in? or is it out? Two RO's scoring a Smallbore "Precision & timed" target at Bisley.

Rifle shooting is more accurate than Pistol was, so sometimes it's difficult to make out the scores,
because the groups are much tighter. (on left of the photo is a Fullbore target).
