Bob is a Professional Member of INLPTA and as a INLPTA accredited NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer, and NLP Master Coach, he delivers accredited NLP Trainings and Coach Trainings. Bob is also an experienced Organisational & Executive Coach, Business Adviser, and Leadership & Change Consultant, working at Board level. In this he uses a synergistic approach in Corporate Culture and Leadership Team development, bringing together his NLP & Coaching skills, Corporate Culture & Values, and the EFQM Business Excellence Model, to effect Lasting Change and to enhance Corporate Success & Profitability. He has much experience in the Corporate field, having served, and continuing to serve as Managing Director, Director of Finance, Chief Executive, and Company Secretary with various commercial organisations, including Chambers of Commerce. He is accredited by the British Psychological Society to Levels A and B in Occupational Testing, and has application experience in the use of a wide range of Psychometric Instruments at Board level and with Teams. Mike Is an experienced Leadership and Management Trainer of many year's standing, having designed, delivered, and assessed accredited Leadership and Management courses at all levels. He has worked extensively in the Corporate Sector and has set up Training Schools and Divisions within Blue Chip companies. Mike is an ex Royal Marine and is the Centre's expert on Leadership Team Development in demanding situations - organising and running the Centre's Outward Bound Activities. Mike is a INLPTA qualified NLP Master Practitioner and, a certified NLP Trainer, has Postgraduate Training Qualifications, and is an accredited NVQ Assessor. Mike is Co-Founder of SRC Leadership Centre.

 

PRAVEEN SOND

Praveen has a degree in English, Psychology & Theatre and a Post Graduate Diploma in Acting & Musical Theatre. She has a NLP Business Diploma, NLP Coaching Diploma, and is an experienced Actress and Manager in Theatre. Praveen specialises in Role Play, Forum Theatre, Voice Work, Body Language and Sales Training in front facing organisations. She works with a variety of commercial organisations in bringing Acting and Theatre skills to companies to enable their people to perform at an exceptional level with clients. Praveen is also a successful voice and presentation coach.

Bill is a Chartered Accountant, a successful Management Accountant, an experienced Business Adviser and has a honorary Doctorate in Business from the University of East London. Bill is steeped in the traditions of the East and is a very successful self made Western Businessman - thus bringing fusion of the best principles of both Philosophies. He operates on the international business scene and is the major shareholder in the successful PLC that he formed. Bill has a NLP Business Diploma and is a qualified and successful Coach - both to Business and as a Personal Coach. Bill has written two successful books - "How to Grow Rich and Enjoy Life" and "Rich Man - Happy Man" - both of which develop his own fusion of East/West experiences into realistic lessons and a toolkit to live life to the full. Bill is a sought after Motivational Speaker.

Neil is a business and management Consultant & Adviser, with experience gained over 20 years in management positions held at all levels in successful organisations large and small. He has a NLP Business Diploma, NLP Coaching Diploma, and over the course of his career has been a sole proprietor, business owner, and board level manager. He uses this experience to full effect in offering training and coaching in management styles and approach to personnel of all levels from newly appointed staff wondering "where do I start?" to department heads thinking "how do I cope?" Neil has extensive experience in the Security Industry.
