21st Century Leaders' Programme
OVERVIEW
The programme runs for 10 days over 10 months - one day per month, with an equal emphasis on both practical development, and business leadership models and systems. An integral part of the programme is the development of the Dynamics of the group, complemented by Technology Transfer and the sharing of High Performance Business and Leadership Practice. For this reason, programme attendees are drawn from as wide fields of operation as possible.
The group works together throughout the programme to produce top level solutions for challenging business scenarios, particularly those of relevance, drawn from participants.
Successful completion of this programme will endow participants with the skills and mindset to operate at a high performance level, with Emotional Intelligence, within their own field of operation, and will give them the flexibility to move seamlessly into areas in which they were previously inexperienced. In all, successful participants will become true 21st Century Leaders, at the cutting edge of Leadership development.
Participants will also gain the internationally recognised qualifications of:
INLPTA NLP Diploma
INLPTA NLP Diploma in Coaching.
The programme also includes individual psychometric assessment, and Team assessments, from several perspectives, and an opportunity to apply officially recognised EFQM Business Excellence Model assessment and improvement techniques to their own company.
