So Lensmeister ... What have you done?
With one of my earliest attempts at photography, I came third in a competition at Elizabeth Arden competition. I was just 11 at the time.
In the early 90's I took up football photography taking action photos at local non league football level. This was initially just for my own pleasure, then I decided to send in a few photos to a now defunct magazine called Team Talk. This followed a long spell of regular contributions and regular publising in the magazine and in the F.A. Non League Club Directory.
During 1996 and 1997, local North East newspapers requested my photographs for use during the F.A. Vase campaign of Whitby Town F.C., this then saw me photograph pitchside at Wembley Stadium for a number of years. I decided to take time away from the sports photography and further my gerneral photography and portfoilio.
In 2009, I was published by local paper, the Croydon Advertiser. These were photographs of the F.A. Vase game against Biggleswade.
I enjoy my photography, and I am still active in the field of sports photography and I currently am the club photographer at Croydon F.C. as well as maintaining their website. |
