The Location of the Dolgarrog Railway

The railway can be accessed from the B5106 from Conwy to Llanrwst. Going South Dolgarrog is the next village after Tal y Bont. Take the turning to the Dolgarrog Aluminium Company factory, (on the left when travelling from Conwy, on the right if heading North). The Railway is adjacent to the factory entrance. The B5106 can also be accessed from the A470, from Llandudno Junction to Betws y Coed. Take the turning next to the Tal y Cafn Hotel, pass over the level crossing, bear left at the end of the river bridge, and continue to the junction with the B5106 at Ty'n y Groes. Turn left here onto the B5106.
