Withdrawn December 1977 and sold to Martin's Dealers of Middlewich who sold it to the London bus Preservation Group at Cobham Bus Museum during the same month
In May 1978 it was bought by Brakell Dealers of Cheam, given the fleet number RMF 2763, and operated on the London Sightseeing Tour
During 1979 the bus was open topped and, following the acquisition of some of the vehicles by London Transport, was renumbered RMF 2793 so as not to clash, later becoming RMT2793
By July 1982 the bus had been purchased by Omnibus Promotions and later passed to J Leaver of Sutton
In July 1986 it was acquired by London Coaches for further sightseeing work and was used for a further four years, but by March 1991 it had been scrapped by PVS of Carlton
