This website has been created to document the
restoration of former Blackburn Corporation Transport Leyland Tigercub;
Fleet No.55.
The photograph (with a borrowed badge !) left was
taken just after LCB 55G was acquired in 2000.
I hope that you will find the site interesting and
informative, either if you have personal reminiscences of these
vehicles or you are contemplating your own restoration
project.
It is my aim to restore the vehicle to as near original
condition as possible given time and availability of suitable materials
and parts.
