About Me

About Me

In 2007/8 I qualified as a Holistic Therapist at Macclesfield College. I enjoy delivering these treatments and seeing the benefits gained by my clients, both on a physical and emotional level.

I work from a therapy room in my home where I aim to provide a relaxing treatment at a high professional standard. A full consultation enables me to ensure each treatment is tailored to the client's needs, and that following the session, they feel relaxed, have fewer stresses and tensions, and have a more positive outlook.

My training in Holistics incorporated

As I participate in sports including running, squash, gym and swimming, I found I had a natural inclination to learn about sport massage.

In 2008 I attended Nottingham University where I qualified as a level 4 sport masseuse, the highest qualification presently attainable. I am now pleased to offer this treatment in my portfolio.

At an initial appointment a full consultation and history will be taken. I will then work with my client to overcome their complaint and help them achieve their goal, whether it be in a sporting endeavor or aiding their return to better physical health and mobility.
