BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your booking, which must be on our Booking Form and sent to us with a deposit of 20%
of the total price, will only be effective when confirmed by us in writing. The balance,
together with a "Security Deposit" of £50 must be received by us (as agents for the
owner) not later than six weeks before the beginning of your holiday.
We take a Security deposit with every booking. We hold this deposit on behalf of the
owner and will return the deposit to you a week after the end of your holiday less any
losses, damage and additional cleaning charges,if the property is left in an
unsatisfactory condition.
Heating, electricity, linen and towels are included in the rental. Beach towels are
not provided
Little Islet is available from 3pm on the first day of your holiday and you will need
to leave by 10am on your departure day.
Little Islet is able to accommodate a maximum of 4 persons in two double bedrooms.
It is a Non Smoking property and is not suitable for children or pets.
The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the property as
advertised by us. No-one other than those named on the Booking Confirmation form
may sleep at the property. Failure to observe these rules is a serious breach of our
Terms. You may not sub-let the property.
If you find anything wrong, tell us AT ONCE. If you have difficulties, please do not
suffer in silence or resolve to write when you get home. Mention problems that are
spoiling your holiday us and action can be taken to put things right.
