A NEW BUILDING
In spring 2006 we started on the groundworks for a new processing building. This was quite a project and took longer than anticipated as, when surveyed, the fall over the site was found to be nearly one metre. The poor Hymac 360 that was in semi retirement was given a new engine and told to get on with it!!! Several hundred tonnes of soil later and we had a flat pad ready to start pouring concrete, seventy metres of this was poured and we had our base. After leaving to harden for a few weeks we called in the builders to erect the building.

| The new facilities will allow us
to become EC approved and to expand our output. At present we are limited in
numbers by the old facilities, the demand far outstrips the supply and we
are not actively marketing at present as we have very little spare capacity. This project is supported under the England Rural Development Programme by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund.
