M.S.K.C MISSION STATEMENT

  • To teach the true art of Shotokan Karate-Do to all members of the public wishing to learn this wonderful style of Martial Art
  • To help and provide instructors with the qualifications needed to provide a professional standard of Karate-Do to the whole community with equal opportunity and maximum possible access for all students
  • The M.S.K.C will not discriminate on the basis of age, colour, gender, handicapped status, height, marital status, national origin, political persuasion, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status or weight.
  • To offer the best possible service to all M.S.K.C instructors & members
  • To encourage all instructors to maintain a high level of continuous professional development (CPD) and to maintain the high level of teaching and attitude towards their students
  • To promote good practice within all M.S.K.C dojo’s (training Halls)
  • To promote higher standards of teaching through mutual support, teaching courses, training courses and other C.M.A.A publications

 

The aim of the Maidstone Shotokan Karate Clubs (M.S.K.C) is to teach Shotokan Karate-Do in a fair, unbiased and open minded manner with the opinion that no member is better than the other and to help and encourage our members correctly & responsibly at all times.

The Maidstone Shotokan Karate Clubs are fully accredited members of the Cobra Martial Arts Association and affiliated to the World Kickboxing & Karate Association & the Self Defence Federation as well as the Martial Arts Standards Agency.
