You can park at NS715306 on the track to Priesthill just after where power lines cross the road and before the track becomes rougher and ascends a hill. This is about half a mile from the farm and is the last reasonable parking before it.
The walk to Nutberry Hill is in three parts. At first, the good but somewhat boggy track to the Martyrs Grave can be followed to NS726315. Next there is rough moorland to traverse to a meeting of fences at NS734325 from where a good track goes all the way to the trig point, crossing the forest road on the way. (It might be easier biking from Common Hill)

A better route starts further up the road at Head of Greenock Water and follows Dippal Burn and then Leaze Burn to a sheepfold at NS720328 (it is bikeable to this point). A bit further on a sheeptrack can be followed from near the fork in Leaze Burn to the forest track referred to above.

(2 hours 20 mins, 5.6 miles, 900' of ascent)
