From the car park at NX970635 follow the track SSE for a short way then the waymarked track WSW which becomes a track crossing over the forest road at NX997631. Continues boggily to the forest edge then up a motorway of an eroded boggy path to the summit.

Unfortunately the top was in cloud when I was there.
