Over fascia vents

Jumbovent - provides over fascia ventilation and eaves protection - in a similar way to Jumbotec eaves protection outlined below. In addition to eaves protection it provides over fascia ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm air gap.

Eaves Protection System - Unsupported felt often collects water instead of draining in to the gutter, a process known as ponding. The felt deteriorates and allows moisture through to the rafters causing rot. Jumbotec over fascia protection by Swish Building Products is a rigid PVC extrusion. It is fixed to the top of the fascia and supports roofing felt immediately behind the fascia, allowing water to drain directly in to the gutter.
