(1) List suggested by Tony Riley (and comments), and list from Aug-06 proposal adopted by Exec in Oct-06. These proposals are zero-based.  (PDF)

(2) Textual analysis of the ‘rules’ published by several projected digital events including federation and open exhibition levels. Individual comments review assumptions and any inconsistencies. Collated summary of standards which are experience based.  (PDF)
