Probably 1860-70. Good design with needlepoint fillings.
Bodice panel: very fine work, detailed and varied. Drawn thread fillings within outlines and some spider's web fillings in wheels. Wheatears. Laddering and rows of tiny eyelets. Stain on bodice.
Wings: buttonhole loop edges. Body embroidered with sprigs and sprays with some fillings. Sleeves: shoulder - three wheels with spider's web fillings. Two flat frills shaped to cap sleeves. Rows of sprigging.
Skirt panel: trailing right to the top. Accompanied either side roughly half way down by two other trails. Sprigs, sprays, spider's web fillings and eyelets. Fine drawn thread fillings and spider's webs. Variety of flora in clusters interspersed with leaves etc. Panel hem of eyelets, sprigs and motif. Skirt hem with small sprigs. Wings inward - where attached to skirt edged by row of small eyelets. Heavily embroidered with added spider's web fillings.
