Rear of door trim. I used some exterior grade 4mm ply. Not that difficult to make but time sonsuming. You can see how the vinyl is cut to fit arround the curves. You can just see the little plastic trim fixings I used. Supposedly from a VW.

And in place. Not bad as it is a prototype. I purposly didn't try to follow the contour of the top of the door thinking that:
A. it would be tricky. B. It might look better straight across anyway.
