Phill Amaani and Martin Kwin formed AmaniKwin in early 2005. Phill produced his first Album in 1995 (Damaged In Transit).

Phill’s album work to date can be heard here. Some of Phill’s influences include the likes of, Bob Dylan, JJ Cale, John Martyn
and Cat Stevens. Now mixed with Martin’s influences, Eric Clapton, Dire Straits, Tim Mcgraw and Terry Hamilton. The AmaniKwin
duo has achieved a varied and dynamic style. Consequently this gives  our live musical set performances, a broad and diverse
range of styles (suitable for all types of occasion) mixed with original work.

So, to name a specific style of music, is a bit tricky! However, we have sort of settled for Folk Rock - (having tried our best to
avoid the word Folk!)

Hopefully that tells you a little bit about us. One of our aims is to continually develop and update this web site to give you the
chance to enjoy our music, let you know what we are about and what we are up to and all importantly let you know where
we are so you can come and see us.
