Decanto Open Poetry Competition
The Decanto poetry competition is an international competition open to anyone over the age of 16
- 1st Prize: One years Decanto subscription, plus 2 copies of the December edition which will also have a featured section on the winner.
- 2nd & 3rd prizes: 2 copies each for the 2nd and 3rd places, along with the 2nd and 3rd winners' poems in the special edition.
The poems may be in any style or on any theme - up to 50 lines, and should only contain the poem and the title. They must not include the poet‘s name or address - these must be on a separate sheet along with the title(s). Please ensure that the poems are typed and have not previously been published. Please ensure that you write ‘Competition’ on your name, address, and title sheet.
The closing date for last entries is: 1st October 2012. Please contact us at the Masque Publishing address if you require further information. Entries are £2.00 per poem, max entries - 10 per poet. (US$4.00 / €3.00 International money orders in £GB or cash in either currency).
The competition will be judged by Lisa Stewart, poet and editor of Decanto Magazine.
