Aside from continuing professional supervision from my own coach, in January 2005 I set up and  have facilitated the City of London monthly co-coaching Forum for the Association for Coaching and since April 2006 the Essex Forum. In addition, I regularly attend seminars, courses and conferences connected to coaching.

City experience

 

Over 25 years as top 3 rated Leisure analyst in European equity markets, including 12 years at number one in the major institutional investor polls.  Working for major London based investment banks - Vickers da Costa (1974-1984); James Capel/HSBC (1984-1999); Schroder Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup (1999-2003).

Lead analyst on major IPOs with subsequent corporate broker roles, notably for Compass Group (1988-1999) and William Hill (2002-2003).

 

During this period, extensive experience in team building and effective team leadership.

 

Other Interests

 

Voluntary work: Part time adviser for Citizens Advice Bureau; Business Partner/facilitator for Young Enterprise and other business to education student programmes; part time teaching older people computing with LAPTTOP charity.
