We run our regular Trash the Dress workshops to appeal to both the amateur who has tired of mundane subjects, as well as the pro. who would prefer not to practice this different approach to bridal photography on a paying customer with an expensive dress.
The total cost of a full afternoon’s educational and fun shoot start at just £36. During each shoot we’ll try to cover at least two different locations with two or three changes of inappropriate garment. One of these will normally be a wedding dress. Advice is ALWAYS on hand and freely given to those in need of technical assistance!
Our paid models are carefully selected for this role, as they’ll not only need good looks, but also a keen sense of adventure.
It is worth noting that many of our attendees join us again and again, which encourages the organisers to keep looking for both new faces and alternative TTD challenges.
We currently have TWO distinctly different styles of ‘TTD’ workshop shoot on offer:
1) Our traditional wedding dress / prom dress elegant shoot.
Incorporating dresses in rivers, woods, streams, the sea, beaches, mud, on railways, airfields, in ruined buildings and MANY other ideas.
2) Country Casuals shoot.
For these new style shoots, our model will exchange her wedding gown look for smart skirts, dresses and business wear, along with expensive country outfits all taken where they should never be seen and thereby incorporated into some weird and wacky ideas .
