‘Food is the fuel that drives our bodies’

As a graduate of ‘Queen Margaret University College’, Edinburgh I have nearly 20 years experience in food manufacturing, specialising in: -

·        New Product development

·        Food Safety

·        Quality Assurance

·        Food Labelling

This experience has given me a unique insight into food production and also into nutrition, an insight which I bring to my ‘Nutritional Therapy’ practice.

Having graduated ‘With Distinction’ from the ‘British College of Nutrition and Health’ in London, I am committed to every client as an individual, designing unique nutritional programmes, individually tailored, to ensure that each client gets optimal benefit from diet and lifestyle to meet their own needs.

This is achieved by consulting with each client and developing unique programmes, which will enhance, rather than restrict, their nutritional and lifestyle choices.

With this approach, rapid results and long-term improvements in health are both possible – ‘Nutritional advice for the best of your life.

I have worked with clients with a range of health concerns including: -

·        Skin conditions e.g. eczema, acne

·        Digestive disorders e.g. Constipation, Diarrhoea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome

·        Weight Loss & Gain

·        Female Health e.g. PMS, Endometriosis, Fertility, Pregnancy

·        Male Health e.g. Fertility, BPH

·        Lifestyle issues e.g. Sports Performance, Stress, Depression

Nutrition can be beneficial in almost every health and well being issue- please feel free to enquire for your specific requirements.

I also provide workshops and lectures for all types of group tailored to their needs.

I look forward to welcoming you, and to helping you get the best of your health and make the most of your life.
