water is for the body. Pure and simple it will help flush through toxins,
keep you hydrated to keep the body flowing.
EXERCISE: The benefits are endless. Get out of
your car and walk, run or cycle.
SLEEP: Seven to eight hours a night of uninterrupted
sleep.
BREATHING: Balance your CO2 and improve the way
you breathe.
HAPPINESS: Create a 50:50 balance of work/play
ratio to minimise stress and stand back and appreciate the many gifts you have
in life; we take so much
for granted. Positive thoughts are always going to be healthier than negative
ones.
